Joe Menggolo has over 25 years of experience in real estate, specialising in commercial property management including retail shops and offices. He consistently provides his clients with honest and reliable advice, to assist them in making informed decisions. He is committed to implementing seamless campaigns to ensure fantastic outcomes for his clients.
He completed a Masters of Real Estate degree from UNSW and has kept updating his skills and knowledge through attending trainings and seminars.
Joe’s clientele consist of many restaurants, TAB, ANZ, 7-Eleven, Domino’s Pizza and other commercial properties around Chinatown and Sydney CBD area.
Outside of the office, Joe enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, gardening, and photography.
